Glenn Antoine

Strategic Advisor to Aviation Leaders | Fractional CTO/CISO | M&A Technology Advisor

Glenn's aviation background includes Naval Aviation experience and general aviation flying as an FAA Certified Private Pilot. That experience shapes how VSA approaches advisory work: prepare carefully, manage risk intentionally, maintain situational awareness, and make disciplined decisions under pressure.

Glenn Antoine brings more than 30 years of experience across software engineering, architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, executive technology leadership, and M&A advisory.

His work sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology execution, cybersecurity, AI adoption, and enterprise value creation.

He has supported more than 300 M&A technical diligence efforts and has evaluated technology organizations across SaaS, healthcare, financial services, aviation, and other operationally complex industries.

Venture Strategy Advisors is a member of the National Business Aviation Association. Why we joined.

Why Glenn

Glenn is brought in when leadership needs clarity.

That may mean diagnosing why product delivery has slowed, evaluating AI and modernization opportunities for an aviation operator, preparing a company for investor scrutiny, or strengthening security and technical foundations before they become business constraints.

His value comes from pattern recognition.

After decades of building systems, leading technology teams, advising executives, and reviewing companies through an M&A diligence lens, Glenn can quickly identify where technology is enabling the business, where it is creating drag, and where leadership needs better visibility before making the next decision.

He acts as a strategic advisor, not a generic consultant.

The goal is not more activity. The goal is better decisions, cleaner execution, stronger systems, and a company that can scale with confidence.

Who We Are

Built for aviation leaders who need more than technical advice.

Venture Strategy Advisors helps CEOs, founders, owners, presidents, COOs, investors, and private equity operators make better decisions about AI, technology, cybersecurity, software delivery, modernization, and M&A readiness.

Our work starts with business performance.

Technology matters, but only when it improves the way the company operates, scales, sells, protects itself, and creates enterprise value. That is why we focus first on the business constraint, then the operating model, and only then the technology decisions required to support it.

Why this matters in aviation

Growth depends on trust, reliability, safety-minded execution, operational discipline, and clear decision-making.

Weak systems, poor visibility, security gaps, technical debt, and unclear ownership do not stay behind the scenes. They eventually show up in revenue, margin, customer confidence, investor scrutiny, or operational risk.

VSA helps leaders find those issues early and build a practical path forward.

What Makes VSA Different

Disciplines that are often treated separately, brought together for aviation leaders.

  • Aviation experience
  • Founder-led company advisory
  • Business performance improvement
  • Cybersecurity strategy
  • AI strategy and governance
  • Software engineering and architecture
  • Executive technology leadership
  • M&A technical diligence

That combination allows us to help aviation leaders think clearly across strategy, operations, risk, technology, and enterprise value.
